This year it looks like we are going to have an early and a very very hot summer, with the mercury already soaring to 38-39 deg C and its only March end! As you must have guessed,Summer is NOT my favourite season!
Food-wise though I have many reasons to look forward to summer -it’s the time to enjoy luscious ,delicious Mangoes , refreshing chilled juices, shakes, ice creams and all things cold!
Tomato cooler is a quick , 5-ingredient, healthy and a hassle juice, a perfect refresher to beat the heat. I learnt it from a friends who made it often for me when I was expecting my son. Now its a regular on our summer menu and today I specially made it for JFI Tomato hosted by the wonderful RP of My Workshop.
Tomatoes are cooked and flavored with roasted cumin seeds.Black salt enhances taste as well as aids digestion. You can add some mint leaves for added refreshment.

Today it was quite hot here. I would love to drink some of the refreshing juices in this weather. I make some tomato drink, but your version looks simple and easy. Nice entry for JFI.
