Wheat Sprouts Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
  • 2cups Wheatsprouts
  • 3Tbsp Cocoaunsweetened natural powder
  • 4Tbsp Vanilla custard powderflavored
  • xbdcup sugar
  • 1 xbdcups milk
  • nuts sugarChopped , powdered for garnishing
Instructions
  1. Grind the wheat sprouts along with the Cocoa powder and custard powder to a smooth paste. Add a little water if required.
  2. Heat the milk along with the sugar in a heavy bottom pan.
  3. Add the wheat sprout-cocoa-custard paste stirring continuously.
  4. Keep stirring the mixture till it thickens (~8-10 minutes).
  5. Cool and pour in pudding bowl (or small individual pudding bowls)
  6. Chill for ~1-2 hrs.
  7. Garnish with nuts of your choice, powdered sugar or a dollop of whipped cream.
