Lebanese Smoked Vegetable Sandwich

Toss the smoked chopped vegetables and cubes together. Add the chopped , , , flakes and . Mix well

Cut the into stuff the smoked mix. Top it with the youghurt dip and serve immediately

Whisk all the ingredients together and serve with the smoked veggie-pita sandwiches.
